Dear User,
We would like to inform you that your use of the website www.onlinehtmleditor.dev (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") requires the processing of your personal data. In connection with the above, if you use certain services available on the Website, the Administrator will process your personal data to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the services you use. In some cases, the activity undertaken by you on the Website may also justify the processing of your data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
All personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free the flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws UE.L.2016.119.1) and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018.1000).
In accordance with applicable law, CKSource may transfer personal data to entities processing it on our behalf, e.g. subcontractors of our services (cloud service providers), marketing agencies and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities, when they occur with the request under applicable law.
Some of your personal data may be transferred by CKSource to entities based outside the European Economic Area or in countries that, in the opinion of the European Commission, do not provide an adequate level of personal data protection. The data referred to in the preceding sentence may be transferred to subcontractors of our services.
In the case of the transmission of data referred to above, transfer your personal data to third countries, in particular to the USA, will take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. These clauses oblige CKSource and our contractors to ensure an adequate level of security for your personal data. Before signing standard contractual clauses, we verify each of our contractors who will have access to your personal data. In such a situation, we also assess whether the country to which your personal data goes allows you to exercise your rights and whether it provides effective legal protection measures. In case of doubts, we verify whether it is possible to ensure this security while maintaining other additional measures.
In addition, as part of the cooperation, our contractors are obliged to apply the highest security standards and immediately provide us with all information that may affect the security and scope of processing your data. CKSource periodically controls the processing of data by contractors and is entitled to issue recommendations to them and to terminate the cooperation immediately.
If the European Commission issues a decision stating that a specific third country ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, then the transfer of your personal data to that country may also take place on the basis of this decision.
If standard contractual clauses are used and there is no decision of the European Commission, the transfer of your personal data will only take place in special situations, which should be understood as the necessity to perform the contract that you have concluded with us. Also in this situation, we carefully verify each of our contractors who will have access to your personal data to ensure their maximum security.
You can obtain a copy of your personal data for transfer to a third country at any time by sending a relevant request to the Administrator's address.
